Biography

Ms. Nyabuto is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Law, Governance and Democracy from the University of Nairobi, with a bias for Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Devolution.

She is a Good governance enthusiast and her main areas of focus include Constitutional Litigation, Devolution, Public Interest Litigation, and Commercial Law. She is very keen on alternative forms of dispute resolution such Arbitration and Mediation.

Her work experience cuts across both public and private sector having worked at the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights; Complaints and Investigations Department and at a couple of law firms including Oseko & Ouma Advocates and Mereka & Company Advocates. Ms. Nyabuto has also been part of research projects for International Human Rights NGOs and a few County Governments in Kenya.

She is currently leading a team of vibrant and futuristic advocates involved in cross sectional legal practice and her goal is passing on leadership to the next generation of advocates at medium sized law firms.
